Organised by the Maison de l'Eau et de la Méditerranée (MEM) in Le Boulou, the Festival de la Mer is a free event open to all, taking place from 24 to 27 September. This festival highlights the issues surrounding the sea, the marine environment and the preservation of our coastline, in a fun, educational and participatory way.
