Completely refurbished, furniture, appliances, insulation, air conditioning, paintwork, flooring, etc. 1st floor: large lounge with open-plan fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, etc.), lounge with connected TV, free Wi-Fi. Ground floor: 2 bedrooms with new bedding and television in each room. Bathroom/ WC. Optional: bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning. We accept small pets (10kg max), non-smoking flat.
