The Invisibles Committed to working with young people to pass on knowledge and preserve memory, Warren SARE lives in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. Moved by a story told by his grandfather, a “Senegalese Rifleman”, he set out to track down those African veterans still alive in the former French colonies who were enlisted to fight in both World Wars, the Algerian War and the Indochina War. This artistic and commemorative project aims to bring “The Invisibles” to the fore and prevent them from being forgotten by history. Free admission during opening hours
