La cerise sur le tableau" is a must-see artistic venue in Céret. This exhibition space hosts a selection of artists from different backgrounds, to the delight of your eyes! In 2021, Carine Ricard, the founder of La cerise sur le tableau, who is also a painter, wanted to make it "a place of exchange and artistic effervescence", where the works of established artists can be seen alongside those of emerging talents. She believes that "art needs to be visible, too many nuggets remain in the shadows! Since 1 February 2026, Ian Morlion has taken over the running of the cherry shop, adding his own personal touch to the mix! We also host temporary exhibitions by other artists, painters, sculptors and photographers from all over France and sometimes even abroad.
