Signed by Universal in 2011, pianist and singer LADYVA has been racking up hits and awards ever since. Boogie-woogie has been second nature to her
for twenty years now, with its swinging low notes and staccato high notes.
She has performed at all the major European boogie festivals, as well as at various high-profile events in the UK and
Egypt. In 2017, in London, she was awarded the ‘Best Boogie Woogie Pianist 2017’ prize.
The BARCELONA BIG BLUES BAND, led by the charismatic double bassist and bandleader Ivan Kovacevic, is a big band active on the
jazz and swing scene, influenced by rhythm and blues and rock ’n’ roll. An energetic sound, capable of being wild and raw whilst featuring
sophisticated arrangements. A fixture on the Barcelona scene, the band has performed with numerous international guests, all well-known soloists in the world
of rhythm and blues: Ray Gelato (UK), Mike Sanchez (UK), Knock Out Greg (Sweden), Lluis Coloma (Spain), Steve Lucky & Carmen Getit (USA), etc. The band
now performs all over Europe.
