Description
Etienne Conte, a photographer, was born in 1942 in Perpignan. Having trained at the Ecole Nationale de Publicité Paris-Versailles, he subsequently pursued a largely self-taught approach, developing, from the 1980s onwards, a personal body of work based on visual poetry. From the 2000s onwards, he embraced digital photography to further his exploration of form, material and the poetic construction of the image.
