Winegrowers and winemakers since 2021, we cultivate 4 hectares of vines in the commune of Oms that have been certified organically grown since they were planted, and which are the last vines in the village.
Our vineyards rise to an altitude of 400 metres. Our plots are surrounded by woods, hedges and low walls built by our ancestors to encourage biodiversity.
We work with respect for people and nature: hand-picking, shallow tillage, hand-weeding, minimal sulphiting, use of indigenous yeasts in the cellar.
