Presentation of the photo essay produced by members of the Photo Club Prades Conflent for Le Festival Off 2025 From greenhouses to dessert in Eus Yuzu, bigarade, calamondin, combava, Buddha's hand... Under the sunny skies of the Conflent region, Eus is home to an extraordinary collection of citrus fruits: over a thousand varieties with an exotic flavour. Taking over from Michel and Bénédicte Bachès, Perrine and Etienne Schaller have been developing this reservoir of biodiversity since 2017. The fruit is grown organically, in unheated greenhouses, and hand-picked when ripe. Their unique organoleptic qualities have won over top chefs and pastry chefs alike. Free admission
