The Trait d'Union Saint-Jeannais association is organising a talk devoted to the watchtowers and signal towers of the Pyrénées-Orientales, often little-known relics of the local heritage.
Presented by Jean Boissée, historian and author, this event takes you on a journey back in time to the heart of a surveillance and communication system that has left its mark on the region's history.
The conference is open to all and will take place at the Les Abeilles restaurant in Saint-Jean-Pla-de-Corts.
The evening will close with an aperitif, followed by a themed meal (registration required).
