The Céret Potters' Market is the largest potters' market in the Pyrénées Orientales department.
It takes place every year on 12 and 13 August in the heart of the town, under the plane trees of the Place de la République.
This is an annual meeting of potters organised by the professional potters' association "Tour d'Argile" in partnership with the regional association "Terres en Méditerranée".
30 ceramists are selected on the basis of quality and creativity to present a wide panorama of current ceramics to the public. Sculptures, decorative and utilitarian pieces, ceramics come in all shapes and sizes thanks to specific techniques.
